My gym routine as a UK gym lad

How I actually train. The split, the discipline, the boring bits that work.

Chris

People ask what I do in the gym like there's a secret. There isn't. I built this the slow way, years of the same unglamorous work while everyone else chased the shortcut.

My week is simple: push, pull, legs, repeat, with a bit of boxing and swimming thrown in when I fancy it. Heavy enough to matter, controlled enough to stay honest. No ego lifting, no skipping legs.

The real secret, if there is one, is turning up when you don't feel like it. Motivation is a nice bonus. Routine is what actually gets it done, and it carries into everything else I do.

That's it. No magic, no gimmicks. Just years of showing up. Works every time.

This is only the side of me I show in public. The version that doesn't hold back lives somewhere a lot more private.
